What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes websites, search ads, display ads, and reviews & reputation management. You will engage with potential clients, understand their marketing needs, and present tailored solutions that drive their business growth. You will receive extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to succeed in your role. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.
What we offer
Hibu provides a competitive base salary of $51,000 with on-target earnings between $90,000 and $120,000 in your first year, and between $115,000 and $130,000 in your second year. You will enjoy a hybrid sales environment, allowing you to work from home and in the field.
