What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage your training to effectively communicate the benefits of Hibu's digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. You will have ongoing support from the company to ensure you are equipped to meet your sales targets. Your responsibilities will include managing your sales pipeline, following up with leads, and closing deals to achieve your sales goals.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $51,000 with total on-target earnings in your first year ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, and even higher potential in subsequent years through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage. Hibu is committed to fostering a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
