What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote and sell digital marketing solutions. You will leverage your training to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that drive their business success. Your role will involve building relationships, conducting presentations, and closing sales to meet your targets.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training. This hands-on experience will equip you with the skills necessary to excel in your role. You will also have ongoing support from the company to ensure you are set up for success.
Your responsibilities will include managing your sales pipeline, following up with leads, and utilizing various digital marketing tools to enhance client engagement. You will work closely with your team to share best practices and strategies for achieving sales goals.
