What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will be responsible for building relationships and understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions. Your role will involve both in-field work and home office responsibilities, allowing for flexibility in how you manage your time.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. This training will prepare you to effectively communicate Hibu's digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. You will also have the opportunity to earn recognition and incentives, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip, as you achieve your sales targets.
What we offer
Hibu provides a competitive base salary of $54,000, with total on-target earnings in the first year around $102,000, and the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage.
