What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage best-in-class training to develop your sales skills and strategies. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting Hibu's digital marketing offerings effectively. You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions based on your performance, with total on-target earnings projected to be around $102,000 in your first year.
You will participate in a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. You will receive ongoing support from the company to ensure your success. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with team members and contributing to a community-focused organization that values flexibility and work-life balance.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $54,000 along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings increasing in your second year.
