What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will become a digital marketing expert, learning the ins and outs of the industry to provide valuable insights to your clients. Your consultative sales approach will allow you to build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the best service possible.

You will work within a hybrid sales environment, balancing time between your home office and in-field work. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to acquire new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and celebrating wins with your local team. Hibu offers comprehensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to ensure you are well-prepared for success.
