What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. Your role will involve building relationships and understanding client needs to provide tailored solutions that drive their success. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to excel in your position.
You will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions and bonuses based on your performance, with on-target earnings projected to increase in your second year. Your responsibilities will include prospecting new clients, conducting sales presentations, and following up on leads to close deals. You will also collaborate with your team to share insights and strategies that enhance overall sales performance.
