What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and sales growth in a competitive market. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve conducting thorough needs assessments to tailor solutions that meet client objectives, ultimately helping them succeed in their marketing efforts.

You will participate in a comprehensive training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training. This hands-on approach will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your sales role. You will also have access to ongoing support from the company, ensuring you have the resources needed to achieve your sales targets.

In addition to your base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions and bonuses based on your performance. Your total on-target earnings in the first year are projected to be around $93,000, with the potential to increase to between $106,000 and $125,000 in your second year. You will also benefit from a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage, as well as mileage reimbursement and expense allowances.
