What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google, Amazon, and Meta to provide tailored solutions to your clients. Your role will involve conducting sales presentations, building relationships, and closing deals to meet your sales targets.

You will receive extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed. You will have ongoing support from the company, allowing you to continuously improve your skills and performance. Your responsibilities will include managing your sales pipeline, following up with leads, and utilizing data-driven strategies to enhance your sales approach.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive compensation package, with year one on-target earnings between $80,000 and $110,000, and the potential for growth in subsequent years. You will receive a base salary, expense allowance, and mileage reimbursement, along with uncapped earnings through commissions and bonuses.
