Job Description
Who you are
You are a competitive hunter who thrives on winning new business and enjoys the chase of sales. With at least 1 year of B2B, outside, or field sales experience, you have strong cold-calling and prospecting instincts that help you build a robust pipeline. You are a confident communicator with polished presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling virtual and in-person presentations that close deals. You are coachable, resilient, and driven to exceed goals, comfortable working independently and owning your results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own a protected territory and dominate it through daily in-person prospecting. You will engage in cold calling, door knocking, and conducting needs-based consultations that uncover real business challenges for small business owners. Your primary responsibility will be to sell a powerful suite of digital marketing solutions, including websites, SEM/PPC, SEO, social media advertising, display advertising, and reviews & reputation management. You will build a book of business that pays you residual commissions month after month while managing long-term client relationships with proactive account support. You will also track your activity and pipeline using CRM tools to stay sharp and organized.
What we offer
Hibu provides an uncapped commission structure with on-target earnings of $85,000 to $100,000 in your first year and $90,000 to $110,000+ in your second year. You will have the opportunity to work in a high-activity, high-reward environment where your income has no ceiling.
