Job Description
Who you are
You are a competitive hunter who thrives on winning new business and enjoys the chase of sales. With at least 1 year of B2B, outside, or field sales experience, you have strong instincts for cold calling and prospecting. You are a confident communicator with polished presentation skills, and you are coachable, resilient, and driven to exceed your goals. You are comfortable working independently and owning your results, making you a perfect fit for this outside sales role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own a protected territory and dominate it through daily in-person prospecting. You will engage in cold calling, door knocking, and building your pipeline with small business owners. Your responsibilities will include running high-energy, needs-based consultations that uncover real business challenges and selling a powerful suite of digital marketing solutions, including websites, SEM/PPC, SEO, social media advertising, display advertising, and reviews & reputation management. You will deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations that close deals and build a book of business that pays you residual commissions month after month. Additionally, you will manage long-term client relationships with proactive account support and track your activity and pipeline using CRM tools to stay sharp and organized.
What we offer
Hibu offers an uncapped commission structure with on-target earnings projected to be between $85,000 and $95,000 in your first year, increasing to $100,000 to $115,000 in your second year. You will have the opportunity to work in a field-based role that allows you to meet business owners face-to-face and make a real impact.
