You have at least 1 year of experience in B2B, outside, or field sales — you understand the importance of building relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. You're coachable, resilient, and goal-oriented, always striving to exceed your targets. Your excellent communication and presentation skills allow you to connect with small business owners effectively. You possess strong prospecting and cold-calling abilities, which are essential for success in this role. You thrive in a consultative selling environment, where understanding client needs is key to delivering value. You are comfortable working independently in a territory-based role, managing your own schedule and client interactions.
What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will take charge of a designated territory, spending your days meeting local business owners and conducting needs-based consultations. Your primary responsibility will be to prospect and cold call small business owners, presenting them with customized digital marketing solutions. You will sell a full suite of products, including websites, search engine marketing (SEM/PPC), search engine optimization (SEO), social media advertising, display advertising, and reviews & reputation management. You will deliver both virtual and in-person sales presentations, building and managing your own book of business with recurring residual commissions. Maintaining long-term client relationships through proactive account management will be crucial to your success. You will also track your activity and pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring that you stay organized and focused on your sales goals.
