What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will develop a consultative sales approach that fosters long-term client relationships. Your days will be varied as you work within different industries, making each day unique and engaging. You will receive comprehensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, to ensure you are well-equipped to excel in your role.
You will have the opportunity to earn a first-year on-target earnings (OTE) of $90,000 to $100,000, which reflects your hard work and dedication. Hibu offers a base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped earnings through commissions and bonuses. You will also benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, as well as recognition and incentives such as an annual Presidentβs Club Trip.
