What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google, Amazon, Instagram, Meta, and Microsoft. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job. This training will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your sales role. You will also have access to ongoing companywide support to ensure your continued growth and success.
In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will be recognized for your achievements through various incentives, including an annual Presidentβs Club Trip. You will have a clear career path with high potential for promotions, allowing you to advance in both leadership and sales roles within the company.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and bonuses, with on-target earnings in your first year ranging from $80,000 to $110,000, and potential growth in subsequent years. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, ensuring that you are well taken care of.
