What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in your territory. You will engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings. Your role will involve conducting sales presentations, following up on leads, and closing deals to meet and exceed your sales targets. You will receive comprehensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed in your role. You will also participate in ongoing support and development opportunities to enhance your sales techniques and product knowledge.

You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings projected to increase significantly in your second year.
