You value comprehensive training and support, knowing that Hibu provides 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training while on the job. You are excited about the prospect of working in a hybrid sales environment, balancing home office work with in-field responsibilities. What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google, Amazon, and Meta. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive their business success.
You will have the opportunity to earn a competitive base salary of $65,000, with total on-target earnings in your first year around $108,000, and the potential to earn even more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. In your second year, your total on-target earnings could range from $115,000 to $135,000, reflecting your success and contributions to the team.
