What you'll do
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve conducting sales presentations, following up with leads, and closing deals to meet your sales targets.
You will receive three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed. You will have ongoing support from the company, allowing you to continuously improve your sales techniques and strategies. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve on-target earnings, which can grow significantly in your second year through residual commissions.
What we offer
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and bonuses, with year one on-target earnings between $80,000 and $110,000, and year two earnings between $104,000 and $122,000. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, ensuring you and your family are well taken care of.
