Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in the financial services sector. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers is key, as you understand their needs and help them derive maximum value from the products or services offered. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about enabling organizations to succeed through effective sales enablement strategies.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate customer needs and advocate for them within the organization. Your strategic mindset enables you to identify opportunities for expanding engagement with Highspot, driving product adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You are results-oriented, focusing on customer revenue retention and the potential for account expansion.

What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring Highspot's customers are satisfied and successful. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs, and helping them achieve their goals through the effective use of Highspot's products. Your role will involve driving product adoption and fostering customer satisfaction, which are essential for revenue retention and growth.
