You have extensive experience in product management, particularly in leading AI initiatives — you understand the complexities of customer requirements and technical constraints, and you excel at delivering simple yet effective customer experiences. Your strong communication skills enable you to engage in enterprise-level conversations and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You are passionate about shaping product strategy and driving execution in a fast-paced environment.
You enjoy working hands-on with engineering and design partners, diving into various projects and features to ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals. You have a proven track record of successfully managing product roadmaps and delivering impactful solutions that resonate with users. Your ability to navigate technical discussions and land proposals with stakeholders is a key strength.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of AI-first product initiatives at Highspot — you will define the vision and roadmap for major AI capabilities, ensuring they deliver clear customer value at scale. You will collaborate closely with a senior engineering team and experienced design partners to bring innovative solutions to market. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer requirements, managing product development cycles, and driving the adoption of AI technologies within the organization.
You will also play a crucial role in evangelizing AI initiatives, communicating their benefits to both internal and external stakeholders.
