You have a proven track record in customer management and retention strategies — your experience in leading teams has equipped you with the skills to drive operational excellence and ensure a seamless renewal experience for customers. You understand the importance of collaboration across departments, having worked closely with sales, customer success, and finance teams to optimize processes and achieve results.
Your leadership style is focused on coaching and developing your team — you believe in empowering your team members to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional service to customers. You are data-driven and can forecast renewals accurately, using insights to inform your strategies and decisions.
What you'll do
As the Renewals Manager at Highspot, you will lead a team of renewals professionals dedicated to supporting SMB and Commercial customers. Your primary responsibility will be to drive customer retention by ensuring that your team delivers a customer-centric renewal experience. You will collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Finance, to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer journey.
You will be responsible for setting performance metrics for your team and ensuring they are met — this includes coaching team members on best practices and providing them with the tools they need to succeed. You will also analyze renewal data to identify trends and areas for improvement, allowing you to implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
