Job Description

Who you are

You have at least 4 years of enterprise sales experience, demonstrating a proven track record of closing complex deals in high-growth environments. You thrive in ambiguity and adapt to ever-changing situations, bringing a self-starter mentality that allows you to work autonomously while collaborating across regions. Your strong communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset make you an ideal fit for a fast-growing startup like Hightouch. Familiarity with Southern European markets is a plus, as is experience with the modern data stack, including CDPs, data warehouses, and reverse ETL.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive at Hightouch, you will play a key role in expanding our presence across Southern Europe. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals that drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and market trends. Your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with stakeholders at all levels will be crucial to your success.
