What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR needs, ensuring that employees receive the support they require. You will work closely with leaders across the site to facilitate HR processes and address any employee concerns. Your role will involve maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also assist in onboarding new employees, helping them acclimate to the company culture and processes.
