You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in full-stack development, where you've successfully delivered complex applications that enhance user experiences. Your expertise in Ruby and Ruby on Rails is complemented by a strong command of JavaScript and React, allowing you to build seamless front-end and back-end solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments, mentoring junior engineers and guiding them through design reviews and technical challenges. Your passion for using AI to solve real-world problems drives your work, and you are eager to contribute to a team that values empathy and urgency.

What you'll do
