What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the mortgage and title accounting business function for Homeward, ensuring compliance with technical accounting issues. You will lead the documentation of the company's mortgage and title accounting processes, working closely with the Sr. Director of Accounting. Your responsibilities will include researching and resolving accounting issues, improving financial reporting practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall efficiency. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the company's mission to provide certainty and convenience in the homebuying process.
