Who you are
You have 6-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or strategic partnerships — you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and closed significant deals, demonstrating your ability to build long-term relationships with senior marketing stakeholders. You are a trusted advisor to advertisers, leveraging data and product innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Analytics, and Product.
You possess a proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets — your strategic mindset allows you to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across advertising products. You are adept at maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline, ensuring that your deal strategy is well-timed and executed. Your ability to influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies through sharing advertiser feedback and market insights is a key asset.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market advertisers, driving new revenue and fostering long-term partnerships. You will lead full-cycle sales efforts, including prospecting, strategic pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. Developing multi-quarter and annual media partnerships will be a significant part of your responsibilities, including custom sponsorships and data-driven solutions.
As the primary senior point of contact for key advertiser relationships, you will collaborate closely with various teams to deliver strong campaign performance and retention. Your insights will help shape the growth and direction of Hopper's advertising business, ensuring that you remain at the forefront of industry trends and advertiser needs. You will also maintain a strong command of deal strategy and timing, ensuring that your sales efforts align with Hopper's overall business objectives.
