You have 6-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or strategic partnerships — you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and closed significant deals, demonstrating your ability to build long-term relationships with senior marketing stakeholders. Your proven track record of exceeding revenue targets showcases your effectiveness in driving new business and fostering partnerships.

You possess strong analytical skills and can leverage data to inform your strategies — you understand how to utilize Hopper's data and product innovations to deliver measurable business outcomes for your clients. Your experience in managing enterprise and mid-market advertisers equips you with the insights needed to influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies based on advertiser feedback.

You are a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments — you work closely with Account Management, Analytics, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure strong campaign performance and retention. Your ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across advertising products demonstrates your strategic mindset.

Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to serve as a trusted advisor to advertisers — you can articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the sales process.

Desirable

Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus, as it helps you maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline. Familiarity with the travel industry or adjacent verticals will give you an edge in understanding market dynamics and client needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market advertisers, driving new revenue and establishing long-term partnerships. You will lead full-cycle sales efforts, including prospecting, strategic pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. Your day-to-day will involve developing multi-quarter and annual media partnerships, including custom sponsorships and data-driven solutions tailored to client needs.

As the primary senior point of contact for key advertiser relationships, you will collaborate closely with various teams to deliver strong campaign performance and ensure client satisfaction. You will identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Hopper's advertising product suite, contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Your insights will influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy, as you share advertiser feedback and market insights with internal teams. You will maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline, ensuring a strong command of deal strategy and timing.
