Who you are

You have 6-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or strategic partnerships — you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and closed significant deals, demonstrating your ability to build long-term relationships with senior marketing stakeholders. You operate as a trusted advisor to advertisers, leveraging data and product innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Your proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets speaks to your strong sales acumen and strategic thinking. You are adept at identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you work closely with Account Management, Analytics, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure campaign success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market advertisers, driving new revenue and fostering long-term partnerships. You will lead full-cycle sales efforts, including prospecting, strategic pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. Your responsibilities will include developing multi-quarter and annual media partnerships, which may involve custom sponsorships and data-driven solutions tailored to client needs.

As the primary senior point of contact for key advertiser relationships, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver strong campaign performance and retention. You will also influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy by sharing valuable advertiser feedback and market insights. Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline will be crucial, as you will need a strong command of deal strategy and timing to succeed in this role.
