Who you are

You have 6–10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or strategic partnerships β€” you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and closed significant deals, demonstrating your ability to build long-term relationships with senior marketing stakeholders. Your proven track record of exceeding revenue targets showcases your effectiveness in driving new business and fostering partnerships.

You are a strategic thinker who operates as a trusted advisor to advertisers β€” leveraging data, scale, and product innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes. Your ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Analytics, Product, and Leadership, ensures strong campaign performance and retention.

Your expertise in maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline reflects your strong command of deal strategy and timing. You are adept at identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a diverse advertising product suite, influencing product roadmap and go-to-market strategies by sharing valuable advertiser feedback and market insights.

Desirable

Experience in the travel industry or adjacent verticals is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven solutions and custom sponsorships. A background in managing enterprise and mid-market advertisers will further enhance your ability to thrive in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market advertisers, driving new revenue and establishing long-term partnerships. You will lead full-cycle sales efforts, including prospecting, strategic pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing multi-quarter and annual media partnerships, ensuring that you serve as the primary senior point of contact for key advertiser relationships.

You will collaborate closely with various teams to deliver strong campaign performance and retention, identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Hopper’s advertising product suite. Your insights will influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy, as you share advertiser feedback and market insights with the leadership team.

Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline will be essential, as you will need to demonstrate a strong command of deal strategy and timing. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the growth and direction of Hopper’s advertising business, ensuring that you leverage Hopper’s data and product innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes.
