Who you are
You have 6-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or strategic partnerships β you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and closed significant deals, demonstrating your ability to build long-term relationships with senior marketing stakeholders. Your proven track record of exceeding revenue targets showcases your effectiveness in driving new business and fostering partnerships.
You possess strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the advertising landscape β you can leverage data and product innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes for your clients. Your ability to serve as a trusted advisor to advertisers sets you apart, as you understand their needs and can influence their strategies effectively.
You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Analytics, Product, and Leadership β your strong communication skills enable you to convey insights and feedback that shape product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies. You maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline forecasting and CRM management, ensuring that your deal strategies are well-timed and executed.
Desirable
Experience in the travel industry or adjacent verticals would be a plus, as it gives you a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities within this sector. Familiarity with data-driven solutions and custom sponsorships will enhance your ability to develop multi-quarter media partnerships.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market advertisers, driving new revenue and long-term partnerships. You will lead full-cycle sales efforts, including prospecting, strategic pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. Your focus will be on developing multi-quarter and annual media partnerships that deliver value to both Hopper and its advertisers.
You will serve as the primary senior point of contact for key advertiser relationships, ensuring that their campaigns perform strongly and that they remain satisfied with the services provided. By identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Hopperβs advertising product suite, you will contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Your insights will influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy, as you share advertiser feedback and market insights with internal teams. You will maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline, demonstrating a strong command of deal strategy and timing.
