Who you are
You have 6-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or strategic partnerships β you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and closed significant deals, demonstrating your ability to build long-term relationships with senior marketing stakeholders. You operate as a trusted advisor to advertisers, leveraging data and product innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Your proven track record of exceeding revenue targets showcases your ability to drive new revenue and foster long-term partnerships. You are skilled in leading full-cycle sales efforts, including prospecting, strategic pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. Your experience includes developing multi-quarter and annual media partnerships, including custom sponsorships and data-driven solutions.
You excel in collaboration, working closely with Account Management, Analytics, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure strong campaign performance and retention. You have a knack for identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across advertising product suites, influencing product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies by sharing valuable advertiser feedback and market insights.
Your strong command of deal strategy and timing is complemented by your ability to maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline. You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities while ensuring the success of your advertising partnerships.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market advertisers, driving new revenue and establishing long-term partnerships. You will lead full-cycle sales efforts, from prospecting to closing, ensuring that you develop multi-quarter and annual media partnerships that align with Hopper's strategic goals. As the primary senior point of contact for key advertiser relationships, you will collaborate closely with various teams to deliver strong campaign performance and retention.
You will identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Hopperβs advertising product suite, influencing the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy by sharing advertiser feedback and market insights. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline, ensuring that you have a strong command of deal strategy and timing.
