Who you are
You have 3-5+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or client success — you've successfully managed campaigns and built strong relationships with advertisers. You possess a strong understanding of digital performance metrics and campaign optimization — you know how to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
You enjoy managing details and telling data-driven stories — your ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams sets you apart. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Advertising Account Executives, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure campaign success.
What you'll do
As the primary day-to-day point of contact for advertisers, you'll build strong, trusted relationships and manage end-to-end campaign execution, including onboarding, setup, optimization, and reporting. You'll monitor performance and proactively recommend optimizations to improve campaign outcomes, ensuring that advertiser goals are met.
You'll deliver clear, compelling insights and post-campaign reporting tied to advertiser KPIs, identifying upsell and renewal opportunities based on performance and seasonality. Partnering with Account Executives, you'll support renewals, expansions, and strategic planning, coordinating cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, and Ad Operations teams to ensure campaign success.
