Who you are

You have 3-5+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or client success — you've successfully managed campaigns and built strong relationships with advertisers. You possess a strong understanding of digital performance metrics and campaign optimization, allowing you to deliver compelling insights that drive long-term advertiser success.

You enjoy managing details and telling data-driven stories — your analytical mindset helps you monitor performance and proactively recommend optimizations to improve outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Advertising Account Executives, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure campaigns are launched flawlessly and perform strongly.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Hopper, you will act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for advertisers, building strong, trusted relationships. You will manage end-to-end campaign execution, including onboarding, setup, optimization, and reporting. Your role will involve monitoring performance and delivering clear, compelling insights tied to advertiser KPIs.

You will identify upsell and renewal opportunities based on performance, seasonality, and advertiser goals, partnering with Account Executives to support renewals, expansions, and strategic planning. Coordinating cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, and Ad Operations will be essential to ensure campaign success and advertiser satisfaction.
