Who you are

You have 3-5+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or client success — you've successfully managed campaigns and built strong relationships with advertisers. You possess a strong understanding of digital performance metrics and campaign optimization — you know how to analyze data and tell compelling stories that drive results. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams including Advertising Account Executives, Product, and Analytics — your ability to communicate effectively ensures that campaigns are launched flawlessly and meet advertiser goals.

You enjoy managing details and are proactive in recommending optimizations to improve campaign outcomes — your analytical mindset allows you to monitor performance and deliver clear insights tied to advertiser KPIs. You are skilled at identifying upsell and renewal opportunities based on performance and seasonality — your strategic thinking helps drive long-term advertiser success. You are passionate about growing accounts through trust and results, and you take pride in delivering exceptional service to your clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for advertisers, building strong, trusted relationships that foster collaboration and success. You will manage end-to-end campaign execution, including onboarding, setup, optimization, and reporting — your attention to detail ensures that every aspect of the campaign is executed flawlessly. You will monitor campaign performance and proactively recommend optimizations to improve outcomes — your insights will help advertisers achieve their goals and maximize their return on investment.

You will deliver clear, compelling insights and post-campaign reporting tied to advertiser KPIs, ensuring that clients understand the value of their investment. You will identify upsell and renewal opportunities based on performance, seasonality, and advertiser goals — your ability to anticipate client needs will drive long-term partnerships. You will partner with Account Executives to support renewals, expansions, and strategic planning, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and support.

You will coordinate cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, and Ad Operations to ensure campaign success — your collaborative approach will help align teams and drive results. You will be instrumental in helping Hopper continue its growth as a leading travel ecommerce provider, leveraging your expertise to enhance advertiser partnerships and drive success.
