You have a strong background in business development, particularly within the airline industry, with experience in managing partnerships and driving revenue growth. Your ability to communicate Hopper's value proposition effectively to airline partners sets you apart. You thrive in high-growth environments and are adept at analyzing partner performance to identify risks and opportunities for growth.
Your experience includes working closely with internal teams to execute commercial initiatives and support partner needs. You understand the complexities of airline distribution and have a proven track record of building strong relationships with partners. You are analytical and detail-oriented, capable of tracking performance metrics and developing strategies aligned with partner objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of airline accounts, contributing to growth strategies and execution plans. You will track partner performance, analyze results, and help identify risks and growth opportunities. Your day-to-day will involve building a strong understanding of partner business objectives and assisting in developing initiatives that align with their strategy. You will also identify opportunities to improve commercial relationships and collaborate with internal teams to address them.
Additionally, you will help organize and participate in quarterly business reviews with airline partners, ensuring that both parties are aligned on goals and performance. Partnering with finance teams, you will support forecasting and revenue tracking for airline partnerships, contributing to the overall enterprise growth goals of Hopper.
