Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role — you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and understand the nuances of selling to large enterprises. Your expertise in go-to-market strategies means you can effectively design and execute plans that lead to successful product launches and customer acquisition.

You thrive in high-autonomy environments — this role requires you to take ownership of the sales process from prospecting to closing, and you are comfortable making decisions that drive results. Your ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and create referenceable customers is a testament to your strong interpersonal skills.

You are data-driven and understand the importance of metrics in sales — you can analyze performance data to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Your experience with customer service platforms, particularly in the travel and hospitality sectors, gives you a unique perspective on how to leverage technology to enhance customer experiences.

Desirable

Experience in AI or technology sales is a plus — you understand how to communicate the value of innovative solutions to potential clients. Familiarity with CCaaS platforms and their integration into existing systems will help you in this role.

What you'll do

As the Founding Enterprise Sales Lead, you will own the entire sales cycle for HTS Assist, our conversational AI customer service platform — from discovery and pilot design to commercial negotiation and conversion to multi-year contracts. Your goal is to achieve multi-million ACV targets while ensuring strong unit economics.

You will lead outbound prospecting efforts and qualify opportunities, ensuring a robust pipeline of potential clients. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that the solutions you propose meet customer needs and align with our strategic goals.

Once the initial go-to-market phase is proven, you will expand and lead a global sales team, scaling our efforts worldwide and establishing category leadership in the travel ecommerce space. Your success will be measured by repeatable pilot-to-production conversions and the establishment of referenceable customers.
