Who you are

You have 6-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or strategic partnerships β€” you've consistently exceeded revenue targets and understand the nuances of building long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise in managing complex sales cycles allows you to close six- and seven-figure deals effectively.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Account Management, Analytics, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure strong campaign performance and retention. As a trusted advisor to advertisers, you leverage data and product innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes, influencing product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies based on advertiser feedback.

Your strong command of CRM discipline and deal strategy ensures accurate pipeline forecasting, allowing you to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Hopper’s advertising product suite. You are adept at strategic pitching and negotiation, making you a key player in driving new revenue.

Desirable

Experience in the travel industry or adjacent verticals is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven solutions and custom sponsorships. You are comfortable navigating the complexities of enterprise and mid-market advertising partnerships, and your ability to communicate effectively with senior marketing stakeholders sets you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market advertisers, driving new revenue and fostering long-term partnerships. You will lead full-cycle sales efforts, from prospecting and strategic pitching to negotiation and closing deals. Your day-to-day will involve developing multi-quarter and annual media partnerships, including custom sponsorships and data-driven solutions tailored to client needs.

As the primary senior point of contact for key advertiser relationships, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver strong campaign performance and retention. Your insights will help shape the growth and direction of Hopper’s advertising business, ensuring that you remain a trusted advisor to your clients.

You will maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline, leveraging your strong command of deal strategy and timing to drive success. Your role will also involve identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Hopper’s advertising product suite, ensuring that you maximize revenue potential.
