Who you are
You have 6-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or strategic partnerships — you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and consistently exceeded revenue targets. Your proven track record in building long-term relationships with senior marketing stakeholders showcases your ability to operate as a trusted advisor to advertisers.
You possess a deep understanding of the advertising landscape, particularly in the travel sector — leveraging data, scale, and product innovation is second nature to you. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities effectively, ensuring that you maximize revenue potential for both your portfolio and the company.
Your collaborative spirit shines through as you work closely with Account Management, Analytics, Product, and Leadership teams — you understand that strong campaign performance and retention are achieved through teamwork and shared insights. You maintain a strong command of deal strategy and timing, ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline.
Desirable
Experience with enterprise and mid-market advertisers is a plus, as is familiarity with custom sponsorships and data-driven solutions. Your ability to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy by sharing advertiser feedback and market insights will be invaluable.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market advertisers, driving new revenue and long-term partnerships. You will lead full-cycle sales efforts, including prospecting, strategic pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. Developing multi-quarter and annual media partnerships will be a key focus, as you create custom sponsorships and data-driven solutions tailored to your clients' needs.
As the primary senior point of contact for key advertiser relationships, you will ensure that their campaigns are performing optimally and that they are receiving the highest level of service. Your insights will help shape the growth and direction of Hopper's advertising business, as you collaborate closely with various internal teams to deliver strong campaign performance and retention.
You will also maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline, ensuring that you have a strong command of deal strategy and timing. Your role will involve identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Hopper's advertising product suite, contributing to the overall success of the business.
