Who you are
You have 3-7 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, or product analytics — you've successfully identified and executed growth opportunities in fast-paced environments. Your analytical skills are strong, allowing you to build models and dashboards that support data-driven decisions. You thrive in ambiguity and take ownership of your projects, ensuring that you deliver measurable outcomes. You possess a builder mindset, focusing on execution rather than just strategy decks, and you are comfortable collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams.
Desirable
Experience in marketplace, ads, or platform monetization environments is a plus. You are adept at designing lightweight experiments and pilots to validate impact, and you can translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear plans. Your ability to operate independently with minimal oversight makes you a valuable asset in a high-ambiguity environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will identify and size new monetization and growth opportunities across HTS Media. You will design and execute experiments to validate their impact, building analytical models and dashboards to support your decisions. You will partner closely with various teams to drive execution and ensure alignment with HTS Media's growth goals. Your day-to-day will involve translating complex problems into actionable plans and working autonomously to achieve results. You will play a critical role in scaling the commerce-native travel media platform, contributing to its success in a competitive marketplace.
