Job Description
Who you are
You have 3–7 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, BizOps, or product analytics — you've successfully identified and executed on growth opportunities in fast-paced environments. Your analytical skills are strong, allowing you to build models and dashboards that support data-driven decisions. You thrive in high-ambiguity situations, operating independently with minimal oversight while maintaining a builder mindset focused on execution rather than just strategy decks.
You have experience working in marketplace, ads, or platform monetization environments — you understand the nuances of these sectors and can translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear plans and measurable outcomes. Your ability to partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams ensures that you drive execution effectively and efficiently. You are comfortable with high ownership and accountability, making you a key player in the organization.
Desirable
Experience in a startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with travel or e-commerce sectors. A background in data analysis tools and methodologies will help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will identify and size new monetization and growth opportunities across HTS Media. You will design lightweight experiments and pilots to validate impact, ensuring that your initiatives align with the company's growth goals. Building analytical models and dashboards will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you support decision-making processes with data-driven insights.
You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations, to drive execution and ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope. Your ability to translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear plans will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of the marketplace and ads environment. You will operate independently, taking ownership of your projects and driving them to completion without creating roadmap drag for core engineering teams.
