Who you are
You have 3–7 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, or product analytics — you've successfully identified and executed on growth opportunities in fast-paced environments. Your analytical skills are strong, allowing you to translate data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You thrive in high-ambiguity situations, operating independently with minimal oversight while maintaining a builder mindset focused on execution rather than just strategy decks.
You have experience working in marketplace, ads, or platform monetization environments — you understand the nuances of these sectors and can navigate their complexities effectively. Your ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations, ensures that you drive execution without creating roadmap drag for core engineering teams. You are comfortable designing lightweight experiments and pilots to validate impact, and you excel at building analytical models and dashboards to support decision-making.
What you'll do
In this role, you will identify and size new monetization and growth opportunities across HTS Media — your insights will directly contribute to scaling the commerce-native travel media platform. You will design and execute experiments to validate the impact of new initiatives, ensuring that your strategies are data-driven and effective. Building analytical models and dashboards will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you support decisions with clear narratives derived from data.
You will partner closely with various teams to drive execution, translating ambiguous problem spaces into clear plans and measurable outcomes. Your ability to operate independently will be crucial, as you will be expected to navigate a high-ambiguity environment with high ownership and accountability. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth strategy of HTS Media, ensuring that the company continues to thrive in a competitive marketplace.
