What you'll do
In this role, you will support partner sales cycles as the key technical advisor for Five9's contact center solutions. You will help partners and prospects understand the capabilities of the Five9 platform, including configuration options and common usage patterns. Your responsibilities will include delivering compelling product demonstrations and guiding partners through the technical aspects of the sales cycle. You will work closely with Senior Solution Consultants to learn how to translate business problems into effective solution designs. Additionally, you will assist in training partners on new Five9 products, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell and support these solutions effectively.
