Who you are
You have at least 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, demonstrating a strong ability to engage with C-level executives and department leaders. Your professional fluency in both English and French allows you to communicate effectively with diverse clients. You have a proven track record of overachieving on monthly and annual targets, showcasing your goal-oriented mindset and sales acumen. Your experience in a complex selling environment has equipped you with the skills to navigate intricate sales processes and build relationships with internal champions and multiple stakeholders.
You are trained and/or certified in a standardized sales method, such as Sandler, which enhances your ability to execute effective sales strategies. Your knowledge of digital transformation and change management positions you as a trusted advisor to your clients, enabling you to provide valuable insights and guidance throughout the sales process. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategies as new features and products are introduced.
Desirable
Experience in the mid-market segment is a plus, as it allows you to understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by small to medium-sized businesses. Familiarity with HubSpot's platform will give you an edge in helping clients maximize their usage and achieve their business goals.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at HubSpot, you will be responsible for developing and executing your own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plan. You will proactively find new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads, running qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders to identify their needs and present tailored solutions. Your role will involve closing both new business and install base accounts at or above quota on a monthly cadence, ensuring that you meet and exceed your sales targets.
You will sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, leveraging your relationship-building skills to navigate complex organizational structures. Collaborating with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments, you will evolve our sales strategy in response to new features and products, ensuring that you remain at the forefront of industry trends and client needs. You will also conduct online and occasionally in-person product demonstrations, showcasing the value of HubSpot's offerings to potential clients.
