Who you are
You have 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying role, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. Your professional fluency in both English and French allows you to communicate effectively with diverse clients, enhancing your ability to build relationships and trust. You have experience in a complex selling environment, having successfully presented and pitched to C-level executives on business change. Your goal-oriented mindset is reflected in your track record of overachieving on monthly and annual targets, showcasing your commitment to success.
You are trained and/or certified in a standardized sales method, such as Sandler, which equips you with the skills to navigate the sales process effectively. Your understanding of digital transformation and change management positions you as a trusted advisor and business consultant to your customers, enabling you to provide valuable insights and solutions tailored to their needs.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at HubSpot, you will engage directly with small to medium-sized businesses, helping them grow by utilizing proactive and inbound selling strategies. You will be responsible for developing and managing your own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plan, ensuring that you identify and pursue new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads. Running qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders will be a key part of your role, allowing you to understand their needs and position HubSpot's solutions effectively.
You will close both new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly cadence, demonstrating your ability to drive results. Collaborating with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments, you will evolve our sales strategy as new features and products are introduced, ensuring that you stay ahead of the competition. Additionally, you will run online and occasionally in-person product demonstrations, showcasing the value of HubSpot's platform to potential customers.
