Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, demonstrating your ability to engage with clients effectively. Your professional fluency in both English and French allows you to communicate seamlessly with diverse stakeholders. You have a proven track record of presenting and pitching to C-level executives, showcasing your ability to navigate complex selling environments. Your goal-oriented mindset is evident in your history of overachieving on monthly and annual targets, and you are trained or certified in a standardized sales method, such as Sandler.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at HubSpot, you will be responsible for developing and executing your own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plan. You will find new prospects through both inbound and self-sourced leads, running qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders. Your role will involve closing both new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly cadence. You will sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C-level executives, ensuring a comprehensive approach to sales. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve the sales strategy when new features and products are introduced. Additionally, you will conduct online and occasionally in-person product demonstrations to showcase the value of the HubSpot platform.
