Who you are
You have 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, demonstrating your ability to engage with clients effectively and close deals. Your fluency in both English and German allows you to communicate seamlessly with diverse clients in the DACH region. You thrive in a complex selling environment, where you can leverage your knowledge of digital transformation and change management to act as a trusted advisor to your customers. You are comfortable running qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders, showcasing your ability to navigate high-stakes conversations. Your experience includes developing and managing your own territory business plan, ensuring you are proactive in finding new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads.
Desirable
Experience with HubSpot's platform is a plus, as it will enable you to increase customer usage effectively. You have a collaborative mindset, working closely with marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategies as new features and products are introduced. Your ability to run online and occasionally in-person product demonstrations will help you connect with clients and showcase the value of HubSpot's offerings.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at HubSpot, you will engage directly with small to medium-sized businesses, helping them grow by utilizing proactive and inbound selling strategies. You will be responsible for finding and closing new business opportunities while increasing customer usage of the HubSpot platform over time. Your role will involve running qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders, ensuring that you understand their needs and can tailor your approach accordingly. You will develop and manage your own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plan, allowing you to take ownership of your sales targets and drive results.
You will work collaboratively with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategies when new features and products are introduced. This collaboration will enable you to stay informed about the latest offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients. Additionally, you will run online product demonstrations, showcasing the value of HubSpot's solutions to prospective customers. Your ability to sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders will be crucial in closing deals and achieving your sales goals.
