You are a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to join Notion's founding sales team. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about helping teams increase their productivity and transparency. Your ability to educate potential clients about Notion's capabilities is key to your success. You enjoy face-to-face interactions and are comfortable conducting Zoom meetings to understand customer needs and challenges. You are driven by results and have a knack for closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
Desirable
Experience in sales within the tech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with SaaS products. You have a strong understanding of the mid-market landscape and can navigate complex sales cycles. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to build rapport with clients and effectively present product demonstrations. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve your sales techniques and contribute to the team's success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will prospect and develop new accounts, educating contacts on how Notion can enhance their team's collaboration and productivity. You will hold meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs. Running product demos will be a significant part of your responsibilities, as you aim to close new mid-market logos within your territory. You will also help build playbooks and define the sales motion, contributing to the overall strategy of the sales team. Liaising with Notion's user base, you will ensure a world-class customer experience, addressing any concerns and gathering feedback to inform product development.
