Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and are passionate about bringing innovative solutions to mid-sized businesses. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that leverage IoT data. Your ability to communicate effectively with executives and CXOs is a key strength, allowing you to navigate complex sales processes with ease.

You are comfortable managing technical proof of concepts (POCs) and have experience negotiating pricing with multiple stakeholders. Your organizational skills enable you to manage your time effectively, balancing client visits and remote work. You are motivated by results and have a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a pioneering company in the IoT space.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales to mid-sized customers across France, showcasing the benefits of Samsara's IoT solutions. You will engage with clients to understand their operational challenges and demonstrate how our platform can enhance their efficiency and sustainability. Your typical sales will range from €20k to €150k, requiring you to manage technical POCs and engage with various stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.

You will conduct regular client visits, typically on a fortnightly basis, to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and drive successful outcomes. You will also be responsible for tracking sales metrics and reporting on your progress to ensure alignment with company goals.
