You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in a consultative role, where you've successfully driven new business and exceeded sales targets. Your ability to develop and manage a strong sales pipeline is complemented by your skills in accurate forecasting and understanding customer needs. You thrive in building and nurturing relationships with senior decision-makers, ensuring that you are a trusted partner to your clients. Your deep product understanding allows you to recommend tailored solutions that truly meet the needs of medium-sized companies.

You are adaptable and can work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, success, and technical teams, to deliver exceptional value to customers. Your approach is customer-first, and you are committed to championing their success through every interaction. You understand the importance of virtual product demonstrations and can effectively showcase HubSpot's value to potential clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive new business by consistently exceeding sales targets and developing a robust sales pipeline. You will take a consultative approach to understand the unique needs of medium-sized companies and recommend tailored solutions that leverage HubSpot's full product suite. Leading virtual product demonstrations will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to showcase the value of HubSpot to potential clients.

Building and nurturing strong relationships with senior decision-makers will be essential to your success. You will partner closely with marketing, success, and technical teams to ensure that clients receive the best possible support and solutions.
