You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in a consultative selling environment — you've successfully identified and closed deals with medium-sized businesses, demonstrating your ability to understand their unique needs and challenges. Your strong communication skills allow you to educate prospects about the value of HubSpot's software and the Inbound methodology, guiding them through the buyer's journey effectively.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to achieve team goals — your ability to dissect and qualify prospects' business goals ensures that you can determine how HubSpot can be a strategic investment for their growth. You are comfortable managing a pipeline of both inbound and self-sourced leads, balancing your efforts to maximize opportunities.

Your experience in sales has equipped you with the skills to engage and develop relationships with potential buyers — you understand the importance of building trust and rapport, which is essential in closing business with new and existing customers at or above quota levels. You are proactive in bringing your ideas and strategies to advance the company's values and culture.

Desirable

Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM tools — you are adaptable and eager to learn about new products and enhancements as they are introduced. Your ability to work with marketing and technology departments will help you execute sales strategies effectively.

What you'll do

As a Growth Specialist (Account Executive) on the Mid-Market sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and closing good-fit prospects — your consultative selling skills will be key as you balance contacting warm inbound leads with driving self-sourced leads for your pipeline. You will position the value of HubSpot’s software to medium-sized businesses, educating and guiding prospects through their buyer's journey.

You will manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads, engaging and developing relationships with potential buyers — your ability to dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals will help you determine if HubSpot can be a strategic investment for their growth. Closing business with new and existing customers at or above quota level will be a primary focus of your role.

You will partner closely with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategies as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and releases new products — your contributions will help shape the sales approach and ensure alignment with HubSpot’s mission. You will bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance the company’s values and unique culture.
