Who you are
You are a motivated individual with a desire to excel in Tech Sales. You have sales or prospecting experience, ideally in a high-growth, 'scale up' environment, and you are fluent in English. You possess a sharp focus on your goals and a strong commitment to achieving them. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with Account Executives to develop effective prospecting strategies. You are eager to learn about customer needs and challenges, utilizing sales methodologies such as BANT to identify qualified leads.
What you'll do
As a Business Development Representative at HubSpot, your primary responsibility will be to conduct high-volume prospecting for qualified leads, reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social media messaging. You will leverage HubSpot's existing leads while also generating new interest in the company's offerings. Your role will involve scheduling online product demonstrations for qualified leads and ensuring that you meet your monthly goals. You will collaborate daily with the Account Executives you support and your fellow BDRs to develop innovative strategies for uncovering new opportunities. Understanding customer needs and challenges will be crucial, as you will need to communicate the value of HubSpot effectively to gain interest in deeper conversations with Account Executives.
